Dr. Adam Lassin, CVA, CVFT
Dr. Adam Lassin is the founder and lead veterinarian of Roots Integrative Veterinary Care, with over 14 years of clinical experience. After earning his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, he developed a strong interest in integrative medicine after witnessing the limitations of conventional treatments in addressing complex and chronic conditions in pets. Motivated to provide deeper, more effective solutions, Dr. Lassin pursued advanced training in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), becoming certified in acupuncture and food therapy through Chi University. His medical philosophy centers on the belief that proper nutrition and integrative therapies play a critical role not only in treating disease, but also in preventing illness and supporting long-term wellness. Influenced by a lifelong commitment to a cleaner, more holistic lifestyle, Dr. Lassin continues to advance integrative veterinary medicine by blending traditional diagnostics with complementary therapeutic modalities. His work has helped position Roots Integrative Veterinary Care as a trusted resource for progressive, patient-centered veterinary medicine in Austin.
